POSITION SUMMARY: Receives and verifies Drivers deposits, paperwork and charge tickets. Prepares daily deposit, reconciles paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Completes daily route accounting.

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.

Receive and verify Drivers deposits.
Verify Drivers paperwork to insure all charge tickets are received.
Balance all Drivers’ deposits and prepare a daily deposit.
Preventive maintenance on currency counters and coin sorters.
Operates multiple line telecommunications console and routes calls to appropriate person or location.
Greets vendors, customers and other visitors and assures that they are directed to the proper office.

Provides sales and administrative support.

Performs general clerical/accounting duties.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:

Required:

• Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D certification and 2 years experience cashiering or equivalent job duties.

• Experience in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

Preferred:

• Experience with confidential files, documents and other information.

Experience with AS400.
