POSITION SUMMARY:  Receives and verifies Drivers deposits, paperwork and charge tickets.  Prepares daily deposit, reconciles paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Completes daily route accounting.
 
REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.
 
  • Receive and verify Drivers deposits.
  • Verify Drivers paperwork to insure all charge tickets are received.
  • Balance all Drivers’ deposits and prepare a daily deposit.
  • Preventive maintenance on currency counters and coin sorters.
  • Operates multiple line telecommunications console and routes calls to appropriate person or location.
  • Greets vendors, customers and other visitors and assures that they are directed to the proper office.
  • Provides sales and administrative support.
  • Performs general clerical/accounting duties.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
 
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:
Required:
•     Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D certification and 2 years experience cashiering or equivalent job duties.
•     Experience in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
 
Preferred:
•     Experience with confidential files, documents and other information.
  • Experience with AS400.
